They were all fantastic and brought their individual A Games.
I really want to highlight the Texas presenters – they were also fantastic and they are far more likely to be in our neck of the woods now or back in town soon!
Next was another Houstonian and total fireball – the uber energy of Amy Smythe-Harris is contagious and her list of accomplishments is a mile long!
Luckily, her list of must have apps for business isn’t nearly as long as her list of accolades – and I LOVED the fact that in Amy’s world, ‘must have apps for business’ means ‘must have apps to do business…with me.’
If she ever relocated to Dallas, I’d be begging to hang my license at her office.
Finally, we had the longtime hometown favorite and newlywed (at the time) rockstar couple of Jason (The Rook) and Amber Esparza of Addictive Leadership. Amber brought the heat on the topic of video for REALTORS – we now live in the ‘show, don’t tell’ age of YouTube, bombbomb, Vine and a million other ways to harness video as a tool for business and Amber connected the dots in a way that even the newest of newbies could follow.
The Rook then took over the room and rocked the house with his Top 10 Tips for Evernote in Real Estate.
As an Evernote trainer, I was picking up what Jason was putting down and nodding in the affirmative for the entirety of his presentation. If you haven’t started using Evernote – run, don’t walk to the App Store of your choice and get going!
Amber and The Rook are raising the tech bar all over the Metroplex – you can check their schedule as a duo or when they rock the house solo here.
Lori Solecki and I were the local expert guests of Andrea Goodhart, Regional Director of REALTORS Property Resource or RPR – the new kid (at least in North Texas) on the block for analytics and reports.
With a mindbending array of talent and a truckload of Tech for the taking, NAR Tech Edge Dallas was an unqualified success!
